II.365TRADEFAIR service provider: means the legal entity that develops and provides the 365TRADEFAIR products and services, namely 365TRADEFAIR, hereinafter referred to as "we").

III.Affiliated Company: when the companies are direct/indirect subsidiaries of each other, the relation between them can be called as affiliated.
